Sonic Visions is an ongoing body of work exploring the people behind the music. Through portraits, live shots, backstage moments, and all things music in between, Sonic Vision seeks to capture music at its most human and intimate—focusing not only on what is heard or the visual spectacle, but specifically on the individuals who create the world of music.
Spanning Grammy-winning artists, emerging talents, and the communities that surround them, each subject is approached with the same curiosity and reverence. Rather than documenting status or spectacle, Sonic Visions is concerned with presence: the spirit, emotion, and personality that shape an artist's creative voice. At its core, the work is an attempt to translate the feeling of music into image; revealing the humanity that exists behind the sound.
